Our eldership team have the wonderful honour and privilege under God to lead All Nations Church, setting its vision, values and direction. We have overall responsibility for the preaching and teaching of God’s Word and applying it to our lives today; for pastoral care of our members and wider community, both spiritually and practically; for equipping and training members to enable them to lead and serve both inside and outside the church. Our elders are also trustees, who have overall responsibility for overseeing all governance, strategic and operational matters as a charity.

Our staff team at All Nations Church have the joy of being set apart to serve the Church, empower members and enable the Church to grow and flourish under God.

Our wider ministry team serve and support the Church Family in various ways to enable us to thrive and flourish. Some of our wider ministry team members are also trustees.

At All Nations, we have a strong culture of training and contributing to the raising up of gospel workers. We do this through our in-house Cross Cultural Ministry Trainee programme, and partnership with theological colleges in the UK, which include Oak Hill College, Crossland’s Seminary and the Proclamation Trust Cornhill Training Course.
Our interns also benefit from training from Co-Mission Ministry Trainee Workshop. They integrate theological training with developing their gifts and practical experience as they serve in a number of areas of church life.
